Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (“IIT”) asks you some personal data (name and surname, e-mail address, Institution). The conferment of these data and the consent to the processing are optional to proceed with the download of the software. Your personal data will be processed solely by IIT’s Staff who has been appointed as Persons Tasked with Processing and they will not be disclosed or transferred to any third party. You can exercise the rights provided for by article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and articles 15 et seq. of the EU Regulation no. 679/2016. In particular, you have the right to access your personal data, to obtain the updating, the adjustment and the erasure of the personal data and you can exercise the rights to restrict and to object the processing. Furthermore, you can withdraw your consent at any time, and whether you think that the processing violate the rules on the protection of personal data you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
