ITALIANO Con il presente Form l’Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (di seguito “IIT”) Le richiede di fornire taluni dati relativi alla Sua persona. La informiamo, ai sensi dell’articolo 13 del Regolamento UE 679/2016 (di seguito “GDPR”), che IIT tratterà i Suoi dati personali esclusivamente per la finalità di entrare in contatto con IIT mediante la compilazione del presente Form. I Suoi dati personali saranno trattati unicamente dallo Staff IIT designato quale Incaricato del trattamento dei dati personali e non verranno comunicati a soggetti terzi. La informiamo che Lei può esercitare i diritti di cui agli artt. 15 ss. del GDPR. In particolare, può esercitare il diritto di accesso ai dati che La riguardano, può chiederne l’aggiornamento, la rettifica e la cancellazione e può esercitare i diritti di limitazione e di opposizione al trattamento. Inoltre, può revocare il Suo consenso in qualsiasi momento e, qualora ritenga che il trattamento violi la normativa a tutela dei dati personali, ha il diritto di rivolgersi all’Autorità di controllo. ENGLISH By the present Form Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (hereinafter “IIT”) asks you some personal data. We inform you that, pursuant to article 13 of the EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”), IIT will process your personal data for the purpose of getting in touch with IIT by filling in the present form. The processing of personal data will be carried out by electronic means observing the rules on the protection of personal data. The data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes and in any case for no longer than 1 year. The legal basis of data processing consist of article 6, letter a) of GDPR: the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes. The Processing Controller of the data you provided is IIT, based in Genoa, Via Morego no. 30 (phone: 01071781). The Data Protection Officer is the Responsible of the Data Protection Department, Rödl&Partner, Milan (email: dpo@iit.it). Your personal data will be processed solely by IIT’s Staff who has been appointed as Persons Tasked with Processing and they will not be disclosed or transferred to any third party. You can exercise the rights provided by articles 15 et seq. of the EU Regulation no. 679/2016. In particular, you have the right to access your personal data, to obtain the updating, the adjustment and the erasure of the personal data and you can exercise the rights to restrict and to object the processing. Furthermore, you can withdraw your consent at any time, and whether you think that the processing violate the rules on the protection of personal data you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. It is specified that for processing of the above data there is not any type of automated decision-making process, pursuant to article 22 of the Regulation.
