Dear User, We would like to inform you, pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”) that filling out the present Form Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (hereinafter “IIT”) will process some personal data regarding your person, for the purposes to get in touch with IIT and to handle your request of information. Solely IIT’s Staff appointed as Persons authorized to process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller will process your personal data. The processing of personal data will be carried out by electronic means observing the rules on the protection of personal data. The data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes and in any case for no longer than 1 year. Personal data will not be disclosed or transferred to any third party. You can exercise the rights provided from articles 15 to 21 the GDPR. In particular, you have the right to access your personal data, to obtain the updating, the adjustment and the erasure of the personal data, and you can exercise the rights to restrict and to object the processing. Furthermore, you can withdraw your consent at any time, and whether you think that the processing violate the rules on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority (Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei dati personali). Finally, there is NO type of automated decision-making process, pursuant to article 22 of the GDPR for data processing above.
