In particular, IIT will process the following personal data: name, surname, e-mail address and date of birth of the reference person and in addition name and surname of other participants. The lawfulness of the processing is Article 6, letter b) of the GDPR, to handle your request to participate to the event. Your personal data will be processed by informatics and/or paper supports, observing the rules on the protection of personal data. In particular, the event will be held in presence. Your personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the aforementioned purposes, and in any case for a period not exceeding 12 months. Your personal data will be processed only by the IIT Staff appointed as Persons Authorised to process personal data and will not be disclosed to third parties. We inform you that you can exercise the rights provided by Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR. In particular, you can exercise the right of access, update, rectification, erasure and portability of your personal data and you can exercise the rights of restriction and opposition to the processing sending an e-mail at dpo@iit.it. Furthermore, if you believe that the processing infringes the GDPR, you will have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority (Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Finally, we inform you that for the processing of the above data there is no type of automated decision-making process, pursuant to Article 22 of the GDPR.
