Regular Fees:
Student: € 750 for 6 days (half meal, in shared double room)
Regular: € 850 for 6 days (half meal, in shared double room)
Single room surcharge: € 250
Fee includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner.

SIOF Membership

Registering for BioCube 2025 also entitles you to a 1-year subscription to Società Italiana di Ottica e Fotonica (SIOF).
SIOF will process the data necessary for the subscription.

On submission of this form you will be taken to a PayPal payment page.
Please note that we will confirm your registration via email, once payment has been made via PayPal.
Payments are collected by Società Italiana di Ottica e Fotonica (SIOF), a non-profit cultural society that is not subject to VAT.

The legal base of data processing is Article 6, par. 1, point b) of GDPR.
The processing of personal data will be carried out by electronic means, observing GDPR provisions, and will be stored for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes.
IIT’s Staff, appointed as Persons Authorized to process personal data, will process your personal data.
Personal data will also be transferred to Società Italiana di Ottica e Fotonica (“SIOF”), who will act as Data Controller, according to its Privacy Policy to manage payments and billing. Please kindly note that SIOF, as Data Controller, will also process your personal data to entitle you to a 1-year subscription to SIOF, according to its Privacy Policy. No data will be transferred outside the European Union.
You can exercise the rights provided by articles 15 et seq. of GDPR, contacting the Data Protection Officer at the following e-mail address dpo@iit.it
In particular, you have the right to access to your personal data, to obtain the rectification, the portability and the erasure of the personal data and exercise the right to restrict the data processing.
Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority whether you think that the processing violate the rules on the protection of personal data.
Finally, we inform you that there is no type of automated decision-making process for the processing of the above data, pursuant to Article 22 of GDPR.
